Active Assistance provides specialist live in personal care to adults and children with severe physical disabilities. The majority of clients coming to us have a spinal cord injury or other progressive neurological conditions.
Operates nationally under stringent supporting management framework.
Is registered with BSI and has achieved BS EN ISO; 2000 award.
2006/07 the company won the Coutts Family Business Award
2009 a member of our training team was awarded with the Ceretas Trainer of the year award
Has consistently scored highly with care standards.

Rates

Total Care Management (TCM) Package Pricing
Provision of PA Services on a continuous, long term basis ensuring the client receives the highest priority managed long-term cover with fixed and fully inclusive price for the contract period. There is no additional cost for weekends and public holidays and all PA travel is included. whilst working with the client the PA should be provided with food and accommodation by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Rates: The cost of a care package is subject to a full assessment by our local Care Service Manager and may vary dependent on the needs and location of the client. As a guide clients should assume £1150 - £1350 per week gross for a single live in PA.

Assessment Fee: Client may be required to pay a one-off initial assessment fee of £100 gross, however, it is refundable on commencement of the Total Care Management Package. If a fee is to be charged the payer will be notified prior to the assessment.
