We can assist with reviewing your care package to ensure that is is appropriate for your needs. We can challenge the decidsion of Socail Services Departments and the NHS not to assess your needs or where the assessment is unfavourable or inadequate. We can also challenge the decision of Social Services Departments on the contgribution to your residential care. Where you care package has been withdrawn or altered to your detriment, we can assist in challenging this decisions.
