Avante Community Support

Description

Avante Community Support provides Home Care services across the London Borough of Bexley. This includes Personal Care i.e. personal hygiene, toileting, diet and food preparation and eating and feeding assistance. We also provide Domestic Services, i.e house cleaning, laundry and ironing, changing bed linen and shopping. Avante Community Support takes private referrals as well as under contract with Bexley Council. Avante Community Support also provides an Independent Living Service. This includes staying-put, handyperson scheme, advice on disabled facilities grants and minor works, moving and handling advisors, rehabilitation assistants for the lower range of equipment.

Rates

For Bexley Council clients the rates are in accordance with Bexley Council’s charging policy. For private clients the minimum time allocated for personal care is 30 minutes. For domestic services the minimum time is 1 hour. An individual assessment is undertaken in the client’s home and, depending on the outcome, rates as discussed.
