Bexley Care Trust was formed in 2003 and currently commissions health services for Bexley residents.
To deliver the improvements we want to the people of Bexley we are also changing how we are structured and how we operate. A major change will be local GP practices taking on more responsibility for commissioning your local health services. It means that those decisions will increasingly be made by GP practices reflecting what matters most to local residents.
Bexley Care Trust is developing a range of plans to make all these changes happen, and under the Planning for Change section you can see these in detail.
