Bexley Community Provider Unit

Community Nursing - Nursing support for those that are unable to leave home. Specialist Nursing support for those with the following conditions; respiratory conditions, tuberculosis, diabetes (including podiatry), Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV
Community Speech and Language - physiotherapists who provide support leading to faster rehabilitation and improved independence.
Urgent Care Centre - Nurses and Doctors providing a minor injury service at Queen Mary's Hospital. No appointment or referral required.
