Bexley Mencap support children and adults with learning disabilities, their parents, carers and families. This includes older people with learning disabilities and older parents and carers. Our services include self-advocacy, known as Respect in Bexley, and a monthly carers and parents groups known as Carers United which meet on the 2nd Monday or each month. This group gives support, information and advice. In addition to the business part of the meeting the group meets for relaxation sessions, visits to places of interest, seasonal gatherings and lunches. Guest speakers are invited as appropriate.
