A committee of eight, of whom, at present, six are disabled as a result of polio, runs the branch. Socials are held on the first Saturday of each month from 2-5pm at the Pop-in-Parlour Mill Road, Northumberland Heath. Occasionally we have entertainment. We have outings and we meet members from other branches at our Annual Regional Dinners. Our Welfare Officer keep in touch with other polio members who are often isolated and severely immobile and gives assistance and advice if possible. A newsletter is produced bi-monthly, which is sent to all of our members.
