CSHA offers a housing related support service that meet strategic requirements of SP funded services for older and disabled people. Our scheme fulfil the prevention of homelessness, enabling the realisation of the agenda for older people as outlined in the National Service Framework for older people. The service also supports the borough's vision and policies on equal opportunities, promotion of inclusive communities and valuing diversity. CSHA also work with other partners and stakeholders in the realisation of the local housing strategies as outlined in the Bexley Council's Supporting People Strategy.

Rates

Subject to financial assessment for each household (not user); Ursula Lodge £9.74 per week. Bertha Hollamby Court £13.74 per week

Other Information

Both schemes are for people over 60. We have a direct waiting list for both schemes, but the Council have 50% nomination rights to Bertha Hollamby Court. In addition to the age requirement, direct applicants must have a local connection and support within the borough and have savings/capital of less than £100,000
