Description

Our aim is to make sure the service you receive meets your needs wherever possible. If you think the services you receive do not meet our high standards, we want you to tell us so we can try and put things right for you.

Concerns about service can often be addressed quickly and informally by talking to the member of staff you have been in contact with regarding your services. This applies whether it is a service provided directly from the Council, Bexley Care Trust, an NHS Trust or an independent or voluntary sector provider.
