Description

We provide practical and emotional support services to people with needs and their carers. The service enables the carer to have a break from their caring responsibilities. We promote re-enablement and independence of the person with care needs to improve their quality of life with a flexible and responsive services are available during the day, evenings, overnights and weekends 365 days a year. We promote and practice diversity and equality in all aspects of service provision. Our services extend to people with a range of disabilities including those with end of life or life limiting illnesses.

Other Information

We work closely with our partners in Carers services and support caeres who have moderate needs and are eligible for Carers Services.
We also take referrals from people who have been allocated a Direct Payment, Individual Budget, Independent Living Fund or who wish to purchase hours privately.
Our children's services are funded through the Disabled Children's Service but parent carers in receipt of a Direct Payment can purchase our services directly.
