Description

At first contact Excelcare Homecare division we provide older service users with detailed information to enable them to make an informed choice and whether they would like a free assessment of individual care needs. If so, we will arrange for a qualified risk assessor to visit and undertake an assessment. We are able to meet the needs of elderly service users who are frail, with a physical or mental health disability by providing help with all aspects of personal care, domestic tasks, shopping, a sitter service, food preparation and escorting to social activities such as cinemas and football matches.
