Keniston is a housing Association that has one sheltered housing scheme (38 flats) for the elderly in Bexley Borough. A sheltered scheme manager supports services which are aimed at maximising independent living. We also have just over 70 general needs properties in Bexley which includes elderly residents. As a Housing Association we deal with tenancy issues such as rent payments and anti social behaviour problems. A key focus for Keniston is Resident Involvement. We are keen to ensure that residents are involved in policy and service development.

Support Charge of £14.90 per week
We have a nomination agreement with Bexley Borough to house 50% of nominations per 1 bed property. The remainder from Bexley Council or Womens Aid
