We do not charge for services. We are a charity so donations are always welcomed.
Telephone Helpline volunteers make up the majority of our volunteers and they operate the helpline, listening to callers concerns, providing calm words and appropriate support and providing relevant information when necessary.
Fundraising Volunteers - who will help us raise funds by attending bucket shakes which regularly take place across London's lesbian and gay venues or by helping out or organising other fundraising events.
Information Researchers - who help us maintain and update our comprehensive database, ensuring that the information we have is both up to date and accurate. this vital role enables our telephone volunteers to have access to the most relevant information during the calls they take.
Office Support Volunteers - who can help with some of the back office administration which can range from sending out Volunteer Recruitment Packs or sending out a fundraising mailing to collating statistics from our call log.
