L&Q are a social registered landlord who provide affordable rented, shared ownership and intermediate rented accommodation in London and the South East.
In Bexley we own and manage approximately 3600 general needs properties and 15 sheletered schemes. We have also made available 6 general needs properties for Bexley's dispersed foyer scheme and provide two shared houses for residents with mental health problems.
Within Bexley teh Council have nomination rights to most of our homes. We do not keep a waiting list ourselves so anyone wishing to access our properties needs to go through the Council

Included within our stock we have properties adapted specifically for those who physical disabilities. We also work closely with Care Partners Trust to carry out adaptations to properties where physical aids are required at anytime during the lifetime of a tenancy. If the property is unsuitable for adaptation we work closely with Bexley Allocations Service in order to facilitate a transfer to a more suitable property.
We have support staff to assist tenants to sustain their tenancies if they have difficulties with paying their rent or neighour nuisance for example or difficulty accessing other internal and external services.
