

Mind in Bexley's Day Support and Social Inclusion provides a range of varied activities which include arts and crafts, creative writing, women's groups, alternative therapies, eco therapy garden group, support groups, mum's and toddlers, Peer mentoring project, educational courses to build "confidence and skills" to enable and empower people to take an active part in what is going on in their community. Prevent isolation and deterioration in mental health.
Light snacks and drinks are provided at a small cost.

All requests for referrals to Day Support can be made by making an initial appointment with the Service Manager.
To be eligible for a service you must be between 18-65+, live in the Borough of Bexley, suffering with mental health illness short or long term.
