MOAT provide sheltered and supported housing all over the south of England and Essex. We provide 4 sheltered housing schemes (affirdable rents) and one leashold sheltered scheme in the London Borough of Bexley.

We also have 3 other supported housing schemes. these are Ducketts Road, Lensbury Way and Park View.

Other Information

Sheltered Housing is allocated on need and for those who are aged ove 55 and are able to live independently or have a care package in place.

All nominations come through the London Borough of Bexley.
