Here at Queen Mary's we offer volunteering for all types of people. It often gives people confidence and stops loneliness for people on there own. Duties range from driving, assisting patient feeding and basic ward duties amongst other things. The League of Friends shops and refurbishment bare are manned by volunteers of all ages. Volunteers are a great asset to the hospital and can often act as a go-between for patients and staff.
