Unique Personnel is a 24 hours specialist recruitment agency offering quality social and nursing care services in domiciliary, day care, nursing and residential settings.

Unique Personnel provides a range of services which includes personal, practical and domestic support, 24hrs living in care, escort, respite, pallative and nursing care for older people, adult/children with learning disabilities, children and families, people with sensory loss and dual sensory impairment.

Unique Personnel provides a person centred based on individual assessed needs and carry out initial assessments which includes care plans and risk assessments. All staff are trained and checked before being placed.

Mon-Fri - Personal care

Weekdays: £10.98ph

Weekends: £11.66ph

Waking Night: £14.75

Domestic (Practical Care)

£10.50 Flat rate (Mon-Sun)

Specialist Care:

Children & Pallative Care £13.15 flat rate

Sleep in: £37.50

24Hours live in - £858.19 per week. VAT is exempt for the charges and charges include Employers NI Contributions and Holiday.

Unique Personnel provides the essentials needed by our service users to support the activities of their element of health and social care and prides itself on its ability to supply quick and flexible personnel.

Unique Personnel continually consults with all their service users and staff through informal meetings, questionnaires and interviews and use this information to establish our service standards.
